WISC is having a problem as many Opportunity Admins mark "searchable" when creating apply-to questions which wind up in the public search filter on the students site unexpedentedly.  They think this allows them to search for the question on other opportunities to use.  It wold be great if this was updated to be more specific to what it does.

Change “Searchable” on the settings page to something like the below (someone else can come up with better wording)

 Searchable (the public will see this in filters)
