Client Shane Sizemore from indstate finds the descriptions for a number of Administrator Message Templates to be misleading. In the description for the Offer Accepted, Offer Declined, and Post Acceptance Submitted emails, it states these messages will go out to Opportunity Administrators. He thought this meant it would only go to these specific roles, but the emails also go out to any client defined role with associated scopes. He has a View Only role he does not want receiving these email updates (which is a separate enhancement request).
He suggests we change "opportunity administrator" in the description to match "Relevant administrators" that is listed under Recipients on the message templates grid.

uab finds this help text misleading as well. In this KB article https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/121152 I edited the descriptions to say that emails "will be sent to all Administrators in the same scope as the opportunity." Thank you!
