User would like the ability to re-order manually, select the order of, or for the public list of All Opportunities to be order alphabetically. They claim to have had issues with applicants not apply for certain scholarships because they did not see them and also have External Opportunities they would like to be able to feature and place at the top of the list in order to advertise.
