I think this is a good point from JMU:

A student’s profile, is just their General Application data. It is not a profile in the traditional sense. Students feel like this would be a great place to upload a photo, include a bio sketch, and maybe career goals or awards. 

The only thing I can tell them is to add more instructional text to explain that in BBAM, Profile=GA.
