Problem: It is time consuming to have to click on the History for a particular application to determine what category and dollar amount changes have been made awarded applications (i.e. maybe it was moved to Awarded then back to Submitted or maybe the award amount changed, etc.)
Client would like the ability to download a report that shows all changes made to an applicant award during the cycle.
