Problem: Departmental Admins feel like they don't have a handle on all emails being sent to their scoped applicants. They would like a report or grid where all emails sent to applicants could be found in one place. This is mainly for award recipients - so they would see the text of the email, date, recipient, etc. and could download this. They feel like it is too cumbersome to go into each applicant's user record to see email history and would like to have a report that includes all applicants.
Ideally they'd like to see exactly what students see - I've explained the "send example" functionality and the Email logs, but they want a report.
Thanks!

We at San Diego State University feel it would be extremely helpful for BBAM and BBSM clients to have access to email delivery information for students and donor contacts. This information is imperative to improve our data integrity and determine the effectiveness of our communications.
Virginia Tech would like to ability monitor email activity being sent from Award Management. We would like the ability to tell if students are opening the emails and if live links being included in those emails are selected. We would like data that can support who we are reaching based on email activity to help determine how successful we are in reaching our student population.
I agree. I would love to see BAM add a report, even if it is only generated by the support team, that shows what email was sent and on what day. Looking through each applicants logs is just to cumbersome. If it is being recorded in the logs it shouldn't be to difficult to add it to a report.
I agree. I would broaden this to generally improved communication tracking. Currently, we can only monitor communications at the individual student level. It would be nice to be able to search/review them by the communication itself. This way when a campaign goes out, we can see who all received it rather than trying to find that information individually. Really, just a way to monitor the communication traffic in the system in a better way than simply a log file attached to a user.
