Additional fields in user accounts

Barbara from LaneCC would like the ability to add additional information for reviewers therefore, requesting more fields to type notes, flags etc...

For example, she would like a notes field in the user account here that would display in the grids: https://lanecc.academicworks.com/admin/users/164

For the review team, you added the display name as I had requested.  Is the info below the only data I can capture for a reviewer?  I like to have a phone number field and a descriptive field that allows me to add information about the year they review, if they withdrew, sometimes flagging us that we don't want to use them again.

    Yes, that is correct.  This would be a note she can see in the users grid view as an admin only.  Not seen by the reviewers.

    Hi Cammy,

    Just to make sure I understand the request, Barbara wants a way to leave notes to herself or other admins ABOUT reviewers. She's not looking for a way to add additional notes for the reviewers to see. Is that right?
