An opp admin was using a saved grid view (that was created before archived post-acceptance applications were added to the bulk actions grid) that was not filtering on unarchived apps. Unknowingly, she had archived applications selected when she mass updated category. I assured her that no actions are taken on archived applications, and the system admin is working with the user to update the grid view. Even so, system admin recommended that more information be provided in the banner for the PA bulk actions grid, so that it doesn't cause concern (or panic), especially on behalf of opp admins. Please see similar request from CSULB in the merged enhancement. The banner message is getting missed, and we may need to update the message that appears after bulk action has been taken.
I found https://aworks.ideas.aha.io/ideas/SMM-I-1302 and was directed to this FER.. I'm looking to update the General Applications Grid. Right, now the "Act on Selected" has an option to email from the archived applications grid. We would like to request that this is removed from archived apps grid or a pop up is shown just like in the other applications grid. This is for Norwalk Catherine Lucia
There is a banner message at the top of the bulk action grids that says "Bulk actions will not be applied to any archived applications." Sounds like this is getting missed and we may want to add a message that pops up when the admin tries to apply bulk actions to any archived applications.
