Ability for client to change GA and Recommended popup text Merged

Client wants ot be able to change the wording in popup that says "Welcome! In order to start applying, you'll first need to complete the General Application on the right..."

 

They would also like the ability to update the Recommended popup, as they only have one Apply To and the wording is a little off for their situation.

 

For clients that use conditionals, the ability to change that popup would be helpful as well.
