Problem: Towson sometimes does a 50/50 split, disbursing half the funds in Fall and the other half in Spring, but sometimes they split it up differently, depending on the college/department's needs. They would like to have a column on the FD grid for notes such as "disburse one third in fall and two-thirds in spring" or whatever. If we added a comments section to the awarding popup with a corresponding column in the FD grid they would be able to accomplish this.

They want to export the FD grid so portfolio notes would not help them. We're talking about each individual award, not general portfolio notes.
They want to have this info to upload into their financial/disbursing sofware.
Thanks, Mary. Do you know why they want that information to appear on the Fund Disbursements grid? Also, are they currently using the Portfolio Notes to display this info?
