Most of Keith Brown's portfolios are set to "Always Visible" so students are always aware of what opportunities are available. When he permanently archives a portfolio, it causes an issue for them because it is still set to Always Visible. He thinks it would be a smoother process for them if Always Visible portfolios automatically change to Never Visible when a portfolio is archived.
