Issue: Utah has a common type of scholarship, a "departmental tuition waiver". These waivers are dependent on our Utah Legislature and how much funding they allocate to such resources. These waivers cover tuition and fees.
The final tuition cost, or award amount, isn’t tallied until after the cycle has ended and the semester is about to begin based on the students' departmental course selection.
They would like to be able to award a "Tuition" amount until the awards can be updated with the exact amount at the time of the disbursement.
Current workaround: I have instructed Chuck to award at zero dollars and leave the opportunity open until the awards can be updated with the final amounts per awardee. In addition, I've instructed to customize the opportunity communications to explain this to the students.

UW Madison has a similar problem due to how late tuition is set at our institution.
