Available Award Periods controlled by Fund Period

Anna Terfehr from uwyo would like the ability to control which Award Periods are able to be selected by the Fund Period that is listed on the opportunity. She would like this Feature Enhancement to help control what award periods are selected and minimize mistakes when admins are selecting award periods.

    EIU would also appreciate this feature. I think it would help many users but especially those who have more than one ongoing cycle or have many different timelines for their awards.
