Create "N/A" score option in rubrics
There are possible questions on a review that are not applicable to every specific applicant. In this case there is no way to award a score with out punishing either the applicant, or the other applicants in the opportunity.
Adding an N/A option would allow the reviewer to dismiss this question from the particular applicants score, so as not to give anyone an unfair advantage.
