Add customer UID to Post Acceptance Grid

They would like the customer UID to be a column on the applications grid for Post acceptance. This is commonly used as the identifier for applicants, so it would be helpful to have it in the post acceptance grid.

    Currently, the UID is present on the post acceptance applications bulk grid, so if they needed to use that information, they could filter the bulk grid by opportunity.  Unless there is another use case, or this workaround doesn't work for some reason, this will not be addressed this year.
