Allow Users to change the "From" address on Ad Hoc emails

They would like the ability to send ad hoc emails from a users email address or alias. They are worried that their financial aid email will get bombarded with replies that should go to a department specific email address.

    East Carolina University would like this as an option, but for message templates. For example, the offer email address would ideally be different than the regular from address in order for it to not confuse applicants, as it comes from a totally different area of the university.

    Amber Gallagher at Saddleback College would like to be able to change the FROM email address on ad hocs to a different email than the system or her own personal email.

    University of Iowa would love to have this feature as well.  They are very decentralized and have lots of OAs who would like to send out emails and have their own emails as the FROM address.
