If a reference submits a letter for a specific opportunity, it is difficult for the admin to find that letter after it has been submitted. They need one page they can go to to see all of the references and opportunities those references are assigned to so they don't have to click through each one.

SFASU has run into this issue repeatedly in trying to return a few apply-to reference requests back to drafted. The reference provider calls the admin for assistance, but only has the student's name, not the opportunity the student is applying to. The admin then has to "guess and check" to find the correct opportunity's applications grid.
