"Submit All" for reviewers

Often times reviewers will iterate through all of their assigned reviews and save them without submitting. This way they can return to previous reviews and adjust scores as necessary. After reviewing all, they‰Ûªd like the ability to submit all of the drafted reviews at once instead of having to iterate over all of them again.

    Wisconsin would like this as well - 

    Instead of requiring evaluators to open each of their In Progress reviews to submit, it would be helpful if each Group that they're in would have a 'Submit All' option that would move any In Progress reviews to Completed. Alternatively, instead of within each group, perhaps this could be in the Review Portal generally and would submit across groups.
