Harrisburg Area CC and St. Louis Community Foundation have requested the ability to clone the qualification criteria from one opportunity to another (even those not in the same portfolio). The reason for this is that they have some opportunities that are very similar, but they do not exist in the same portfolio. Additionally, St. Louis Community Foundation has requested the same functionality for opp-specific questions - to copy the same questions/requirements/etc. from one opportunity to another.
