document management for applicants

Have students to upload all of their documents in one place and would also like for applicants to have the ability to archive old documents or ones that were incorrectly uploaded so that the list of possible documents to use when answering a file upload remains manageable. Students don't currently have a good way to view the documents they have uploaded in the past to see what it is and if it is still accurate before using it again on a different application.

- allow applicants to ‰ÛÏarchive‰Û documents so that a particular document no longer appears in their available drop down

- allow applicants to name documents

- allow OAs to define acceptable document extensions

- allow OAs to expire documents en mass, similar to references

- should there just be a document management view for OAs and not applicants? Applicants might not use it whereas OAs would
