Customers want to ensure that they aren't over-awarding students. If we could import a maximum award amount for students, we can show how much unmet need a student has. As a student is awarded scholarships, we deduct the award amount from the max need amount.

- allow customers to define 2 new fields: financial_need (FAFSA-based) and institutional_need
- these fields would be max limits that are imported
- opps can be flagged to reduce against one or the other amount
