an OA wants to put all non-encumbered applicants into a rejected state
Often times it is difficult to update en masse all applications after a selection has been made. OAs would like to be able to update all non-encumbered applicant categories en masse.
From the GA or any opportunity, OAs want to be able to award one applicant and disqualify them from all other opportunities in the current cycle.
** We could potentially do this at the profile level. Create a new system category of ‰ÛÏDisqualified‰Û which prevents applicants from being matched to opportunities and moves them to ‰ÛÏDisqualified‰Û in any opportunities to which they‰Ûªve already been applied. An OA can override this via force-applying.
