Reference request drop-down on application shows requested date for submitted references.

Once a reference provider has submitted their reference for the applicant, the drop-down reference question changes to show Submitted, but continues to show the date the reference was requested.
It appears that updated_at for the reference is not being updated when the reference application is submitted.

Hi Team,
Community Foundation of Louisville(https://cflouisville.academicworks.com) has found a bug and I was able to reproduce it! When a applicant submits a reference request it shows , through the general application , the reference as "Pending January 29 2014". However lets say the reference just submitted the request yesterday-the general application changes and reads "Submitted January 29 2014". This is causing mass confusion between the applicants and providers on when they exactly submitted.
