They have multiple majors - 4 to be exact. And, they have accounted for each major in the qualification criteria in four separate groups so that if any one your majors is "Accounting", for example, you would be recommended to apply for that scholarship. However, most folks don't have four majors. So, based on giving the student the benefit of the doubt, the system will recommend the accounting scholarship to anyone who is missing Majors 2 - 4. They want the ability to turn off the "benefit of the doubt" logic. As an interim measure, we are checking with their IT folks to see whether we can import a value for those missing majors (like "None").
