profile (objective) scoring

Allow users to assign points to profile & opp specific questions to give an automatically calculated aggregate score of an applicant as opposed to the subjective rubrics.l

    Colorado would like this functionality as well, possibly even through an import process? For them it would be in conjunction with FER to extract applicant date via an API, calculate their scores based on that data, and then importing a score into the system.
