They would like an open field to write internal notes on the opportunities. They need to provide administrators with instructions regarding constructing reviewer groups and are worried they will not see the notes tab. In addition, they would like to be able to update these notes without having to create a new one every time.

I was hoping we could revisit this, as we now are able to edit Notes. This would helpful for two different schools I'm working with currently: WCTC [#57150] and Loyola (Maryland). The development/advancement folks enter the scholarships and need to explain to the financial aid team how exactly the award should be given. The Description isn't a great spot because that is visible to applicants if the opportunity is to visible to students and is also visible when post-acceptance is used. (Both clients like that students can see the description in PA because it can help create a better thank you letter.)
The award information section isn't exactly ideal because it's just numbers with no room for context, and it isn't always possible to say exactly how many awards and how much each should be. Donors can get very particular and quirky in their preferences in how their money should be awarded and to whom.
If there was an area that was visible only to admin and could be also available in ACA, that would be great!
