Multiple offsets for message templates.
They would like the Reference request reminder (applicant notification) and the drafted application reminder to be sent out multiple times. For example, they would like one triggered at 2 weeks, then 2 days, then 1 day.

This would be huge for all users and all communication types. Mulitple reminders are important to keep scholarships front of mind, especially for those users who aren't in the system every day.
UCLA would like this as well! Specifically, for the Drafted Applications Closing Soon email. Thank you!
Ken Lira at Irvine Valley College would also like to see multiple offset days to trigger multiple reminder emails for any Applicant-facing "reminder" email. For example, remind them 10 days before opp closes, then again at 7 days, then again 1 day before. He would also like to see an email reminder template for conditional applications closing soon.
Similarly, Golden Apple Foundation would like the reference reminder to go out multiple times - not just once, X number of days after it is initially triggered. Right now they are having to do a mail merge outside of the system which is cumbersome (especially since each reference request has a unique invitation link/token). ZD ticket #47553
