Separate Application submitted templates

Currently, the General application submitted template is used for apply-to applications as well.  This causes an issue because application is included after the portfolio name in the template, and general application emails now read "'General Application' application."

They would like different application submitted templates for the general application and conditional applications/opportunities.

Rhonda Seyfried at Tarrant County would also like to see this, especially as it's causing confusion for PA applicants (based on how they've worded the email text as well).

Tanya Elliot from ntc would like this feature enhancement as well. Specifically a separate template for Post-Acceptance Application Submitted and General Application Submitted so that she can put information specific to each in these separate templates.

Please add Kim Berry from Hudson Valley Comm College (hvcc.academicworks.com).  Her OAs would like digests of apply-to applications that are submitted.

Michael Tacket's 5/11 post says it best. I agree and so does Colorado Mountain College (ZD ticket 53144)

Central Michigan University would greatly appreciate this feature. They want to confirm and share specific information when the student submits the General App but that information is not relevant to the submission of apply-to's or post-acceptance.

Brown University stated that they would like this for conditionals. At the completion of the conditional app, they would like a customized email template.

University of Wisconsin-Superior would also like email communications to be separate for

    1. general application

    2. conditional application

    3. post-acceptance application

    4. renewal application

    5. apply-to application

She is finding that applicants that are submitting post acceptance are getting the same wording that they got for the general application and it has become a bad user experience.

As we go through awarding season I foresee this becoming a bigger issue.

Lyanne O'Connell (seattlecentral & seattlecentral-promise) would also like to see this feature. She wants to be able to customize the language in the General Application Submitted email to remind applicants that they need to apply to opportunities.
