Currently, foundations collect applicant addresses through the general application, and don't typically use an import.  Addresses change quite frequently, creating a problem for an applicant that has to change their address in an opportunity that has already closed.  

They would like to have a toggle for form fields that allows it to be updated after an opportunity closes.
