When customizing grid views it would greatly improve user productivity if there was an option to deselect all columns in the Complete View option at the bottom of the screen and clicking the “Change visible columns”. This would enable the user to quickly select the desired columns to see and create a new view.
Background
When selecting change visible columns on a grid, every column is checked. Most users go to change this when building out grid views and they eliminating information that isn't necessary. The issue is that there could be a large quantity of columns they are trying to get rid of, and they only want to retain a few of them. In that case, they have to uncheck every single box they don't want, which can be time consuming.
Impact/Why
This can be very time consuming and tedious for the customer, creating more work for them when building grid views and searching for information.
User Story
As an administrator, I want an easier way to filter out the visible columns on the grid, so that I can more easily access the information I need.

Colorado State would also like this feature to be added.
The team at Virginia would like to be added to this enhancement request. Additionally, they think that being able to select, drag, and re-order multiple columns at a time would be very helpful. (Like moving 5 columns from the very end of the grid to the very beginning instead of scrolling and dragging them one-by-one)
MNSU-Mankato would also like this feature. This would make customizing grid views much faster.
