Currently, if a portfolio has two unarchived automatch opportunities that are both ended, an applicant will only see the most recently ended one.  For UWRF, this is an issue because they have a graduate and undergraduate opportunity in the same portfolio, and only the most recent is visible.  Since they are both unarchived, it would make sense to make them both visible.
