Robin Foreman-Wheeler from Hampton Roads Community Foundation says:

"It would be more efficient if in addition to the Become User, History, and Email Log buttons, there was a button to Send An Email to that user rather than having to find the person's application in the grid, click the checkbox next to the application, and select Email User from the Act on Selected drop-down list. Similarly, having a Category drop down menu next to each application showing on the user's profile would be more efficient than having to click on each individual application to change its category."
