Displaying the name of the user in the User Messages queue
Penny Hoesel from North Dakota State University-Main Campus would like to see the name of the user displayed in the user messages queue. She finds it difficult to identify the individuals queued for offer emails with only the "to" email address.

Adding Student Name in the User Message Queue. The issue we are seeing is our email address is more of Student Dartmouth ID with @dartmouth.edu ex: fxxrrt@dartmouth.edu and business users will not be able to use this unique id and decide on which emails needs to be sent to which students. Also it will be difficult for them to look at Dartmouth Directory each item to look up for the name of the student based on email address. We would like to have a Student Name field in the grid to avoid this confusion.
