In any bulk action grid, an administrator cannot easily see how much funding or how many other awards have been encumbered elsewhere in the system for a given applicant. Encumbered Funds and Encumbered Applications are available on opportunity applications grids, on the general applications grid, etc... Having this information available in the Bulk Action grids would be extremely valuable to any client who is either CUUI and/or attempting "applicant-centric" awarding.

In its current state, the admin would have to open the applicant's user profile or search for them in the Fund Disbursements grid in a separate tab while making award decisions in a Bulk Actions grid to ensure they don't over- or under-award an applicant.
