Document Upload API

Allow for the mass upload of documents via an api

tennessee spends money each year having temp workers upload reference requests they receive during admissions uploaded and added to their students general applications.

    UMSL

    I'd like to add "image Upload API" to this request.

    PeopleSoft contains student photos, and UMSL would like to be able to use these photos as their Avatars in Stewardship Management. They do ask for photos in post acceptance, but they don't want to make it a required question.

    IU (Indiana) would also like to see this. They have created a custom-role so that student workers can add documents from the admissions process to everyone in a conditional application.
