Would like a time stamp field to capture when an applicant submitted application

Jasmine would like to have in the General Applications> Applications grid a true time stamp field so that they know what time a student submitted an application. I showed her how to gather this from the history but she would still like to have a column in the grid to find this information.

I have heard from several clients that they don't like the fact that the date field in their certification statements can be pre or post dated.
