Ability to CC and BCC multiple emails at the System Template level

Kaitlyn University of North Dakota would like to be able to CC and BCC multiple emails at the System Template level.

    Nicole requested they be able to Bcc on emails, specifically the application submission as this institution might receive one application weekly and would like a reminder immediately to log in and check it out.
