Problem: Administrators have a difficult time finding donor profiles when the page is set to random. Especially, if they have a lot of donor profiles for their system it can add time spent searching for a specific donor.

It is a problem because it can take an administrator longer length of time to locate a donor profile in their system and every time the page refreshes they have to search the whole page again for a specific donor.

We can solve this problem by sorting the donor profiles alphabetically. By sorting alphabetically, the administrators can easily find a donor profile and makes for a more effective work flow.
