When a client has a large number of applicant apply-to questions that basically ask for the same thing with different wording (eg. please upload a letter of reference, please upload a letter of reference by such and such date, a letter of reference you must upload), it'd be easy for them to sort through the list of "Existing Applicant Questions" to add by maybe making the columns sortable (Label, Field, Reviewable etc).
