Create new message templates
Client would like to create their own new message templates for their system. This could potentially help admins send out communications easier than ad hoc emails (only 50 at a time).

MassBay Community College would also like this feature. We would like to use it to send messages to any user segment we define whether they be applicants or reviewers.
AppState would appreciate this feature. Relying on templates and the timing connected to the templates is not working for us. IT would be great to have a blank 'template' where we can draft a message and select our target audience by application category, major, and college (to start. expanded options would be helpful if possible) and send immediately. Improved communication is a huge part of our retention initiative and BAM's options are very limiting.

Joy Hanna would also like this feature enhancement. She would like to use a template to send an email to applicants who do not meet their general GPA requirement to inform them that they do not meet minimum requirements to qualify for an award
This one came up more recently but it would be for applicants who qualifies for a conditional application (based imported data) after they already submitted their general application. Otherwise, they would not know to come back in if the conditional was not there originally.
I'm sure there are more what that is one example.
Do we have any examples of what they would use these templates for?
