Expand/enlarge scopes section on opportunities filter

The scopes section on the Opportunities filter is too small.  This is a problem because there is not a lot of viewing space when looking for and selecting scopes to filter/search by.  

We request that the scopes box be enlarged or that there is a way for the system user to drag and expand for easier viewing.

    This would be a very useful feature for UW-Madison as well.
