UCLA Roundtable 

Background: The list of opportunities one can assign to a reviewer group is currently un searchable without using command f.  

Why/Impact: this list can be very long, which makes it tedious and time consuming to find the correct opportunity to assign. 

User story: As an administrator, I want the ability to search the list of reviewer group assignable opportunities, so that I can find the opportunity I want to assign more easily.
