Administrator answered questions on the general application are being answered after the opportunity closes and therefore not shown on the individually opportunities. Specifically, the client uploads applicant’s transcripts after their opportunities close. Once the opportunity closes, the administrator answered questions from the general application are not updated on the opportunities, i.e. the transcripts do not show up on the opportunity when they need to.

If the client puts the transcripts administrator question on the specific opportunities, they would then have to upload the transcripts and other administrator questions for each individual opportunity. This would add additional time to their workflow and process.

Currently, we recommend that they re-open the opportunity and then close it again once the administrator questions have been answered but there is a possibility that some applicants might slip into the opportunity or we recommend leaving the opportunity open until all the transcripts/administrator questions have been uploaded. 

One suggestion would be to have the administrator questions update after the opportunity closes, similar to the imported data.
