This client uses the detached "In-System Offer" / "Offer Letter" section of opportunities to tell more information to the applicant about the donor rather than offering the applicant the award.  They want the ability to change the hard-coded"In-System Offer" / "Offer Letter" headers to say something like "Scholarship Background"
