Allow for emails to be customized per department/college
In a decentralized university, each college/department wants their own branding, as well as their own deadlines and other messaging to be included in system generated emails. The general emails now don't accommodate for that.
Communications - each department wants their own emails. The problem is different deadline dates and references and reviewers miss deadlines, so then a great applicant doesn’t get the scholarship. Says it creates more work for them.

Please see similar request from Towson in description below. In this request, they're specifically asking for the reference email to be customizable:
Would like to use a customized template (similar to reference email template) where a student could enter name and email and the customized email would go to the person, example: You are receiving this message because XXX student has applied for XXX scholarship. If you did not authorize the student to apply, please inform the Music Department (or any department) committee asap. A customized template could be used for many reasons.
South Alabama would also really like this enhancement to occur.
