Qualifications "select all" should respond to keyword filtering

Problem:

When adding qualifications, say on an opportunity, some fields may have hundreds or thousands of options in them. When doing a simple keyword filter in one of these large fields, it's possible that many values will come up, and they may all be desired as selections for qualification. Right now if an administrator wants to select all values that appear upon doing a keyword search through these options, there is no way to do this quickly.

Example:

CSU Long Beach demonstrated how they wanted to select all academic majors from their Academic Plan Description field which came up within a keyword search of "Engineering". About two dozen values come up for this string, perhaps more. Right now, the only way to select these is using the mouse, one at a time. Clicking "select all" will actually select literally all 1200 majors in this field. This is a tedious approach when they have hundreds or thousands of opportunities to configure, which may all present a similar problem.

Proposed solution:

If the "select all" button is pushed while the select-list is being filtered by a keyword search, only those filtered values should be selected, instead of all values in the field.

Agreed. Mount Royal University would also use this.
