Several prospects have indicated the desire to see the overall number of scholarship funds to which each applicant has been matched in the applications grid report. In this regard, students that may qualify for only one or two funds can be awarded prior to a student that has been matched to more opportunities. This allows the campus to maximize the number of students receiving awards, as opposed to most awards being given to a small group of very qualified students.

This will be available on the new Applicants grid that is coming out with the Harold release. They'll be able to see the total amount of funds each applicant has received, along with the number of encumbered applications, and their met/unmet institutional commitment.
