For Opportunities that have Offer Emails set to "upon approval"--Make the Student facing tile to not be updated until that queued email has been sent.

"All of the units that are currently using the AW platform have a clearly defined communications flow with specific notification dates that they try to make. An issue that we have run into with those opportunities where we have set the offer emails to “upon approval” (which is the majority) is that once an offer is made in the system, the student facing tile on their dashboard is updated immediately. It runs counterproductive to have an outlined communications workflow set and emails queued to be sent if the student facing dashboard already notifies them of their offer before we are ready to actually notify them. Is there a way for those opportunities that have offer emails set to “upon approval” for the student facing tile to not be updated until that queued email has been sent?

    Current workaround is to have a custom "holding" category before moving an applicant to offered. That way, the tile won't be updated until they move the applicant to offered and they can send the emails at the same time.
