Provide ability to remove "Describe this Applicant" text in Reference Request/reviewer portal
This is a problem for Cal State Northridge (CSUN) because they are simply asking for a file upload and they feel like it doesn't fit with what they are asking. They would like to be able to have it removed for have the ability to change what that says.
Because CSUN is not live yet they are not in the dropdown menu below, but they are the requester.

Some of our users at UW Madison have also run into this text causing problems- especially when we do not need the references to write anything. It has led to a lot of references questioning whether or not the questionnaire was complete.
This was shipped for the reviewer portal, but request remains to remove from the reference portal as well
Fairfield County Foundation would like this enhancement as well
Virginia Tech would also like this enhancement.
Please add University of Utah (utah) to this request. "Is it possible to remove the "Describe Applicant" header on my reference questionnaire (see attached)? The header doesn't make sense with my series of questions."
Hamilton Community Foundation would also like this.
They are asking for a transcript upload and feel like it does not match what they are asking of the reference provider. She said that it has caused confusion for some of their counselors.
KCCD (Bakersfield College) also brought this up (#49784).
I've had a number of other clients complain about the Describe the Applicant piece because they ask the reference's identifying information. Having 'Describe the Applicant' at the type of the page is kind of confusing and looks a little off. UCSD-Research, UWOsh come to mind first and unforunately, I can't remember others right now. I'll add more as I find/remember them.
