Yuba community college is having difficulty collecting data from applicants because they submit different information depending on the type of applicant they are. For example, they need to get high school transcripts from new high school graduates, but not from returning students. They can not make this question required since returning students do not need to answer it (nor do they want them too), but new high school graduates often miss the question since it is not required. Conditionals will not work since their opportunities are available to both types of applicants.
Client requested some from of skip logic that will require an applicant answer certain questions based on the responses to previous questions.
